How can I place an order?

How long will it take to receive material?

O'Drill/MCM keeps a large amount of parts in stock and ready to ship same-day (for an expedite fee). For custom skids and parts we many not have in stock we usually estimate 1-2 weeks.

How are your prices compared to others?

O'Drill/MCM's prices are highly competitive. We meet or beat any competitor's price!

What is your warranty like?

My package was damaged in transit, what do I do?

Ideally, please do not accept damaged cargo. If you must accept cargo, damages must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and pictures must be taken and sent to your sales representative. O'Drill/MCM cannot guarantee refunds on damaged material if these procedures are not followed.
